Anderson Alves da Silva or simply Anderson (born January 10, 1983) is a Brazilian born footballer, currently a free agent after being released by Gold Coast United.

Club career

On June 22, 2009 it was announced that he would be signed by Gold Coast United as a short-term injury replacement for fellow Brazilian Jefferson.[1] At the conclusion of the 2009-10 season Miron Bleiberg offered him a 1-year contract which he accepted.[2]. He was released by the club at the end of the 2010-11 A-League season.[3]

Personal life

He is the older brother of Robson who also plays for Gold Coast United.[4]
